complex password connection issue

2. Version 5.9.7 (272) - x64

I have 2 different users for the same host. The first user is an admin who can access all databases. The other user is restricted to one database. I can connect to the host with any MySQL client rather Table Plus with both users without a problem. By Table Plus, I can connect to the host with the restricted user without a problem. The admin user couldn't connect to the host. The error shown by Table Plus is access denied. The only difference is that the admin password is 32 characters containing § symbol. The restricted user password contains 20 characters and symbols like @&!. Do you have any idea what caused this problem?

I changed the password and it is working now. Definitely, there is a problem with hashing the special characters.
