First Page | Next Page | Next Page | Last Page - Buttons for navigation for large tables

As I currently cannot sort by ID (or any other column), I am having to go through each page. When the table is large, my only option is to click for the next page, wait for it to load, click, wait.

A >> to the last page would really help this.
