Suggestion: Tab separation & direct file opening

Tab separation: Ability to lift tabs from their position and move them around (like Eclipse IDE). This would dramatically extend the usefulness on multi-display systems. One display for query, one for console, one for schema / table.

Direct file opening: Opening an SQL file from explorer, when having TablePlus set as the default will executing the program however does not actually open the file. To open the query editor, selecting a server and proceeding to File > Open is required to actually open the file. As opposed to MySQL workbench, where opening a file from explorer will immediately open the query editor in an "unconnected" instance.
