Endpoint `all_ref.json` not supported for english -> remove in v3

The endpoint all_ref.json is not working properly in english format, as files are updated there only once per week, instead of a daily basis. Further, the format is a bit different to the other endpoints.

All in all, it is currently deprecated (in the documentation #101 ) and will be removed with v3

Is this issue still relevant? https://tum-dev.github.io/eat-api/#!/en/mensa-garching does offer the english version, so I am assuming this is just not yet documented, or am I wrong? What would heve to be solve this issue?
