@304NotModified , Hello. I found the issue with the package you posted earlier. The vsix does not include the "Frameworks.xml" file. I happened to have the file from the VS2017...

Component group remains closed although an incident exists

Can confirm, ran into this situation today. The component group has the arrow as it's folded down, but does not display the items under it. I had to toggle it.
