[Radarr] find solution for CF `[Hybrid]` where usenet renames the files and use `_`

Personally I think the best solution would be that the usenet clients provide a option to solve this rename issue with usenet. ex. Sabnzbd already has a option that does the opposite of optimal setting for folders, would be nice if this would be also possible for filenames but then the other way around => underscore to what ever given character you choose or just underscore to dot or space.
This will be solved when the following is available in sabnzbd https://github.com/sabnzbd/sabnzbd/pull/2263
