ViewDescription and multiple descriptions

At this moment the overview chapter says multiple view descriptions can be given. We would like to deprecate that for only 1 view description.

See #100 → I believe a ViewDescription should be more close to a dcat:DataService, and a new entity tree:View can be added as a dcat:Distribution.
