Feature : CLI support. Batch processing

Awesome product. What I'd like to see is getting proper CLI support with flags and switches and/or add batch processing for a folder at a time or a separate list of videos to process.

There is a CLI for v2, though it isn't documented very much and is still in the works. Will hopefully add batch processing soon.

If you need someone to test it, I'm willing. I'm quite interested in having a cli to launch processes in runpod.io.

I plan to add batch support, but it requires a rewrite. @maauso usage for the backend is shown in the Google colab example from the readme.
