AI Gear Macro is broken in editor

When AI Gear Macro is placed down and configured in Editor it does not work for editor placed or zeus placed units. It does still seem to work if placed down as Zeus.

This has been confirmed on ARCOMM due to verified missions using this macro now being broken even though they had been played without issues before.
