More ML/NN model formats

Current behavior: Only Tensorflow ML objects are supported.

Expected behavior: Multiple/generic ML models should be supported.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior? We would like to support more ML models.

Additional information you deem important (e.g. I need this tomorrow): Consider using the Gorgonia Framework and the ONYX standard.
