Question about: scaled_masked_softmax_cuda.so

When I run generate_samples_sgpu.py, I get an error ：scaled_masked_softmax_cuda.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory. I looked in the corresponding build file and found that this file was not generated. Do you know what caused it?
