Wrong mouse cursor shape when hovering buttons in input menu

Open nomike opened this issue 3 years ago • 2 comments

When you attach a mouse to an Android device, you have a mouse cursor on the screen. If you hover the mouse cursor over the text inpout field at the bottom of a chat window, it turns into an I-beam shape.

However, if you hover one of the buttons (emojies camera, gallery, voice message, send message) it stays like that instead of changing the cursor back to the arrow shape.

It might be minor, but I still consider this to be a UI bug.

While not denying it's probably resolvable on Telegram X side, just note it might be the issue with the Samsung's software that renders the virtual cursor.

I just tried it out on my phone and was able to reproduce it. And as it's a pixel 6, I guess it's all close to stock Android as it gets with vendor firmware.
