Feature: Premium badge

Description

I have implemented the premium badge, that is a small star near to the name of Premium users. In this pull request I also included some improvements to the already existing Verified badge: it wasn't displayed in some places in the app. Additionally, I improved the displaying of the SCAM and FAKE tags in various sections.

Details

  • I've followed the style of the existing Telegram X code as much as possible.
  • To implement this feature, I added four new drawable resources: three for the premium badge, and one for the verified badge (they have different sizes and they are used in different places).
  • You can find the places where I added the badge(s) by reading the Screenshot list below.

I think this PR needs update to have Emoji Status view support as users can now choose Emoji Status instead Premium Badge.

Also premium Badge should use specific color not same color for everyone

I suggest the Verified and the Premium should be addressed in 2 distinct PRs: only the Verified badge is an important security feature. Part of the Telegram X userbase abandoned the official client exactly to stop being exposed to the Premium bloat. If you really have to add it, it would be wise to limit its visibility by drawing it only inside the profile view, so to not compromise the existing UX. Sometimes less is more.

Premium badge + emoji status now covered fully by #388. However, #388 lacks verified badge improvements that your PR has. If you wish, please submit a separate PR that addresses only verified badge.
