Basic SEG-Y information dump options in CLI

We need CLI options to just look at:

1. Text header
2. Binary header
3. Scan only
4. Example headers

Good idea! What do you mean by 'Scan only'?

Sorry I should clarify:

Scan headers for indexing only and print grid diagnostics information and do no ingestion.

This may be handy when you have a out of spec SEG-Y and you want to see what the grid looks like after the scan.

Thank you for the clarification. I agree that this is a useful feature for debugging out of spec SEG-Y files.
