Simulate numpad enter?

Hi, I was wondering, would it be possible to simulate numpad enter (separately from regular enter key) in a similar manner to Left/Right Shift, Alt, Control?

Guys, I'm having the same issue, is there a way to do this? The app I'm trying to send keys to does distinguish the two.
