offically, MMC3 do not support any expansion audio, so there is no reason this game, if its even a standard MMC3 would not have sounds at all.

i have not found the rom myself.

considering this is MMC3, its not suppose to have expansion audio and the rom do not write anything to the sound registers, i dont think this rom is suppose to have sounds.

this is probably a rom issue rather than fceux issue.
