[Question] FCEUX sometimes drops frames from time to time when OBS Streaming and Recording is enabled. How to solve it?

When I turned on the streaming or recording functions of the OBS software, the emulator would drop frames from time to time, making it difficult to maintain the full 60 frames and very unpleasant to play. This does not happen if OBS is turned off. Wondering how this situation can be resolved? If not, hopefully we can fix the occasional frame drop in a future release. Both Qt and Win32 versions have this problem.

I am using i7-12700H CPU, and I find that the noticeable feature is that the Boost frequency of the CPU increases as the emulator drops FPS.
