[Feature Request] Nyma Cores - Bob deinterlacer for interlaced modes.

Currently, when switching to an interlaced resolution (480i, 576i), the Nyma cores (in particular Saturnus and Nymashock) perform Weave deinterlacing, complete with the characteristic combing. It'd be nice to have the option to have the Bob deinterlacer (one frame shows top field only, another shows bottom field only) for them, like in Octoshock (though I don't really think TurboNyma is concerned by this).

This should be a frontend thing; we need to just send bare fields out of all cores, together with top field / bottom field information, and let the frontend sort it out. edit: #4422
