Have VS dip switches labelled instead than just numbered
Currently, dip switches for VS system are displayed with a simple numbering. It would be nice, beside a number, to have a text label that explain the functionality of each dip switch for each different game. I'm willing to do all the grunt work, all I need is @alyosha-tas (or anyone else willling to do it) to program the logic for reading the relative text strings from the gamedb_nes.txt file, and display them in the sync settings window.
I'm guessing MAME's system for this would be unsuitable. Does any other system we emulate have a facet comparable to this? (Other than cart/disc/cabinet art, which I think if we ever added it would be a separate lookup on the checksum.)
