Mislableing in chargeblade files

In the wp09_param.w09p file under the Wo9p Params (18) section, the "savage axe duration multiplier (Impact Phial)" is mislabled. this is infact not a multiplier, but a division of the "savage axe duration (elemental phial)" value.

calling it a multiplier implies higher values having a increasing effect, but it does the opposite.

I guess I'll just name the field Savage Axe Duration (Impact Phial) (Inverse Multiplier of Elemental Phial Duration) then?

i think something like drain multiplier would work better, its less of a mouthfull and its technically what the value is doing
