Samples

Create a series of samples which will be hosted in this gist [to create a cookbook of samples which can be downloaded in a single zip file]

Samples should include:

• [ ] Helpful Diagnostic Pages (such as Wincache.php, and info.php)
• [ ] scripts for automating environment creation
• [ ] recipes for common tasks (such as Kudu .deployment files, kudu exec examples)
