How to run the program?

Hii have cloned the repo and also installed sfml,glew and glm.Now i have created my_psim_build directory inside PaticleSimulator .But i don't know what to do next?How to run the program and what is /path/to/psim/source/tree?Also what else do i have to install?I'm using Ubuntu 18.04 64-bit system.
