Syncano CLI won't install correctly on fresh machine on macOS

Environment

• OS: macOS Mojave 10.14.6
• Syncano version: 0.15.0
• Node version: v10.16.3
• NPM version: 6.9.0

Describe the bug Syncano CLI won't finish global installation process (fresh install) due to inability to resolve @syncano/template-project-empty module.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to install @syncano/cli on a fresh system while being in an empty directory

Expected behavior Syncano CLI should install completely and be usable.
