Unable to install CLI on Windows 10

Environment

• OS: Windows 10 v. 1803
• Syncano version: 0.15.0
• Node version: 12.8.0
• NPM version: 6.10.2

Describe the bug Syncano CLI throws showstopping error during installation on empty project (freshly npm initialized directory). It breaks the installation, yielding half-processed package content inside node_modules. Error indicates that it can't run postinstall script due to an unexpected dot.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. npm install -g @syncano/cli or npm install @syncano-cli in empty node project

Expected behavior Syncano CLI gets completely installed either locally or globally.
