fix gifs with smaller frames for which a solid color background instead of a transparent one was added.

using this wordpress plugin I realized most of our gifs were being resized with a weird solid colour background instead of the having the previous frame one. It turned out that this library was not managing to extract correctly the frames.

Here is a sample image that was failing
