Support events with any minute value (not just those divisible by 15)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create event with minute that isn't divisible by 15 (eg 7:50am)

2. Look at calendar

3. Notice: doesn't render

Possible Solution (Not obligatory)

Allow shorter time intervals (5 min?)

I think 5 min interval would be better, as totally arbitrary intervals are not that popular and implementing them might be significantly more difficult than a 5 min interval.

Hey @sarans-h, thanks for volunteering. However, this issue is more involved than it seems, as it'd require a lot of backend changes. I'd like to get to it eventually, but it's likely not going to be a priority until 2026
