Search user dolphin-data directory for scripts

These changes make the Scripts directory behave the same as other per-user data e.g. state saves, memory cards, game settings.

Have you handled automatically putting the scripts folder in the new directory. Thinking that would be nice for new users that would just use built in scripts.
