Improve Readme.md

My goals are to add the following to the exisitng Readme file:

• [x] Dependencies List
• [x] Project Setup Guide
• [x] Improve Contributors Section to contain their name and profile picture

Also if approved, I would make a Issue template and a Pull Request Template. Thank you!
