Co-ordinated Release Download Links

Hi SuperNET,

There seems to be 3 different agama versions available for download from public facing sites:

• https://www.komodoplatform.com/en/wallets

• Release link goes to artifacts.supernet.org = https://agama.komodoplatform.com/file/supernet/files/AgamaApp-0.2.0.25b-beta-osx-installer.zip

• Github releases (https://github.com/SuperNETorg/Agama/releases)

• 0.2.0.23a-beta

Just thought I'd highlight the need for a release policy. It will help users get the most recent version, waste less time, reduce redundant support questions etc. basically make things more efficient.

it's fully automated in most cases
github and komodoplatform are updated when a release is signed off by qa team

just downloaded from their website's front page: AgamaApp-0.2.0.27c-beta-linux-installer.run (https://supernet.org/en/downloads#_desktop-wallets)

Found out from Github that their last release was actually Agama Desktop v0.2.0.23a-beta (x64)? the worst part is, it doesn't see ~.zcash-params already installed and running with Zcash, Zclassic, ZenCash and HUSH wallets, it insists on downloading everything again :( this is not release-ready..
