Looked into it. Seems we need to Digital Sign our installer setup binaries for windows. http://answers.bitrock.com/questions/3684/publisher-field-in-windows-installer

  1. You have to have a valid certificate
  2. You need to sign the installer with SignTool.exe from MSVS to make it digitally signed.

#1 costs money
