Add a filter for filtering Resource Library items on ResourceType

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be useful to not only filter on the file name and device, but also filter on a type - which would be useful for devices providing many Resources of various types.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a filter, like for device filtering, but with a list of all Resource Types.
