@kimsauce, this looks good. I have a couple of suggestions:

• Add /docs/send-data/opentelemetry-collector/remote-management/ to the sidebar and the index file.
• In Step 2, substep 2 of that file, add a gray border to the image and make it a little larger.

Question: Does this PR relate to PR #4015? If so, do the beta articles in that PR need to go GA at the same time?

Great catch! Checked with Arpit about PR #4015 and he said they're not the same, so they need to go out separately and this needs to stay in draft mode.
