Animate pane zooming

Hi

Into the setting of ST3 we have "animation_enabled" : true. When you use ctrl+k+b for sidebare the pane is animated. It's possible also Origami zoom/unzoom ?

If this were to implemented (which I kinda doubt, because :effort:) I recommend to add this as a separate setting and not use the same as ST does internally.

Yeah, this is not super possible with what ST lets us do. We could manually set the zoom at every frame, I guess... feel free to send a pull request!
