Features for "Search for Definition"

A feature to specify case sensitivity for "Search for Definition" would be great.

And right now, "Search for Definition" only supports full symbol name search. A partial symbol name search would be great, too.

The biggest problem with this is speed: large ctags already cause sluggish performance when you press Alt + S. This would likely get worse if you added the overhead of partial search. Nonetheless, I'll investigate to see if I can find a solution.
