Bug: space between title and first item is clickable

1. run on Android M emulator (but it might occur on others too)
2. open the nav drawer.
3. notice the gap between the upper area and the first item.
4. click it.

The bug is that it causes a ripple in this gap. Here's a screenshot in case you don't understand what I'm talking about:

Now that I've tried clicking the title too, it seems that it's a part of it.
