We released [v2.0.0-beta.1](https://github.com/meilisearch/meilisearch-php/releases/tag/v2.0.0-beta.1) that includes the changes in #735 🚀
We released [v2.0.0-beta.2](https://github.com/meilisearch/meilisearch-php/releases/tag/v2.0.0-beta.2) that includes other minor breaking changes (mostly types).
Hey, that's because Meilisearch supports other filters beyond strict equality. The syntax you're suggesting would not work for e.g. inequality. While some syntactic sugar is always welcome, I don't know...
I shared this with the Meilisearch team; waiting for their feedback.
The bug is now tracked in https://github.com/meilisearch/meilisearch/issues/6009
I think dropping support for Symfony 5.4 and PHP ≤ 8.1 seems reasonable
> Is it ok to drop support for PHP < 8.4? Yes, we can drop support for PHP versions below 8.4.
Ah, sorry. I thought we had to bump the requirement because of Symfony 8's constraints 😅 Forget what I said; let's keep 8.1 support for Symfony 6.4 compatibility.
After putting so much work into it, I'm confident the package still works fine. Proposal for now: - Merge this Cypress tests refactoring PR – it significantly improves test stability...
Hello, the team has little bandwidth at the time to handle this, but we would be happy to help with reviewing a PR 🙏
