Added a sample project using ARCamera

I created a sample project in ARCamera to do an RTMP delivery with added effects. I think this project will help to make Streamaxia more attractive to developers.

I have taken a demo version to check, i need to integrate live scoreboard, i have a webview layer, how do i send it to stream, it is streaming correctly now, but i need live scoreboard also, how do i do it?
