BUG Open data path button doesn't work in Flatpak

Describe the bug After installing 1.5.0-beta.7, the new "Open data path" button on the settings page doesn't work when using Flatpak.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install 1.5.0-beta.7 using Flatpak and open it
2. Open settings
3. Go to Developer tab
4. Click Open button

Expected behavior Folder should open in users selected folder browser
