Replacement Font missing and not able to add, on Windows 10 64-bit

Hello Running on Windows 10, 64-bit, latest Chrome browser Version 57.0.2987.98 (same error on 56.x also) When I use Replacement Font drop-down list it does not display all fonts installed in C:\Windows\Fonts. For example, Segoe UI is not present. Many others also missing.

I am also unable to add any fonts, I get error "Sorry, font not detected". I tried c:\windows\fonts\segoeui.ttf and also copied font to c:\temp and tried to add from there, same error. At least please add Segoe UI latin font to the list of replacement fonts.

Please advise. Thank you.
