Bug: Arches aren't created properly when not made in top viewport
Describe the bug
The Arch brush tool in Hammer doesn't create a arch properly when made in any viewport except for XY Causing Malformed arches that can either extend further than the limits of the map or have inverted faces or both.
To Reproduce
- Create a arch in the XY viewport as a reference
- Create a arch in the XZ viewport and notice its broken
- Create a arch in the YZ viewport and notice its also broken

The arch to not be hollow and not extend further than the bounds of the universe
