USER ISSUE: Repair job does not work with 91% integrity items

Steps to Reproduce: Set a repair job on a steam truck set integrity requirement to 50 set repair when below durability to 10

try to repair with a parts that are 100% durability, 91% integrity

Expected behavior: be able to repair

Actual behavior: does not detect the 91% integrity parts that are in my inventory. Repair window tells me the parts are missing. Happened for Iron Wheels and Portable Steam Engine on a Steam Truck

I was able to do the same repair job with another Portable Steam Engine with only 76% integrity

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?: yes, does not matter.
