USER ISSUE: Loan offer can't find enough money in the wallet

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a loan offer with several repetitions. 1.1 Have enough money in account for all the repetions.
2. Have someone grab 1 of the loan offers.
3. Contract randomly breaks.

Expected behavior: The contract should keep being valid as long as I got enough currency for the loans.

Actual behavior: It breaks, and no matter what I change in it, it can't be fixed.

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?: Yes? I'm playing on Sea Otter can't turn off the mods.

After adding 250 of the currency being loaned it seems to have fixed itself.
