Picture frames don't attach to all Walls

As shown in the screenshot, the picture frame doesn't want to connect correctly to Ashlar Granite Wall blocks, at least in this case.

Can confirm this. Apparently, same thing with wall lamps, too. Wall lamps affixes to Lumber walls OK, but not to ashlar walls.
