[9.7.12] Flower Pots do not remove planted flowers (Visual Bug)

Steps to Recreate:

• Place Pot (Square or Round both do it)
• put seed in pot
• remove seed to put another into pot
• original plant will still be there
• new plant will also be there
• can also remove pot and plants will still be there

On a Note: Logging out and Logging back in does seem to clear this bug; however it will return if you swap out seeds in the pots again

Does not affect tree seeds btw., only other plants.
