USER ISSUE: First Person FOV affects max downward camera rotation

User Id: (Not logged user) Version: 0.9.6.1 beta release-337

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Increase First Person FOV above 80
  2. Try to look at own feets/straight down

Expected behavior: Be able to point camera straight down.

Actual behavior: Unable to point camera straight down. It's very annoying when trying to pickup items from the ground, especially when mining.

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?: No

This issue is about to be handled by developers, I understand its frustrating for now, would suggest using FOV lower than 80 for the time being.
