For dynamic time of day, 12 hour clock has AM/PM toggle that is not visible

Describe the bug The clock for dynamic time of day is 12-hour (likely due to locale, I live in US). There is an AM/PM toggle, but it isn't visible unless I use the arrow keys to move to it, which scrolls the whole time section sideways so the hour is no longer visible. I was confused before I found the AM/PM toggle, because when the clock is on PM and I want to set it to 05:00, just typing 05 in the hour field would leave it on PM, so I would get 17:00 instead.

Expected behavior IMO the clock should always use 24-hour mode. Alternatively have AM/PM toggle always visible.
