Support for searching special characters such as `:::`

A typical example is to search for scala ::: (note that ::: is a scala operator to merge lists).

The first result showed by Google and Ecosia are https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6566502/whats-the-difference-between-and-in-scala .

It seems like Stract doesn't fully support searching for special characters (like some other search engines who could find what was the operator about: DuckDuckGo, Bing).

It would be really nice if such searches could be made (or perhaps I am missing an espace character or something?)
