Large warning blocks in notebooks (and the documentation)

I was this doc when I saw big red box having RuntimeWarning. It took browser some time to load the page properly. These warnings need to be suppressed. A simple solution is here but somebody needs to do this in each notebook. I'll do it sooner or later. Please assign it to me if you like.
