Locally it works perfectly for me, on the server I can't make it work I get Error 500, what could be happening ??? (The server has the latest version of composer installed). My server is "Hostinger.com.ar".

Can you ssh into your server and ping translate.google.com? Check if there are any connectivity/network issues.
