Feature - scroll long filenames

It would be very useful if we could horizontally scroll filenames in the ROM browser to read the entirety of a name that's been truncated to fit on the screen. Perhaps by pressing left and right on the d-pad to scroll the selected line. Or autoscroll? Use case - very large ROM collections with multiple versions/hacks of a single game.
